The 2X2 committee was created to promote intergovernmental communication between the City of West Sacramento and the County of Yolo on issues of mutual interest. The committee is comprised of two members of the 市议会 and two members of the Yolo County Board of Supervisors. This committee is not empowered to make decisions on behalf of the entities its members represent; it has been established for 信息 purposes only.
